01 · WHOLESALE MODEL
Buying inventory for resale? This supply model is for you.
Petodm serves independent pet shops and ecommerce retailers that purchase products in wholesale quantities for resale. Your business receives the order and handles its own customer fulfillment. Dropshipping is not available.
- Share your business name, store location, or ecommerce website when requesting a quote.
- Estimate units per model so the team can check stock and order minimums.
- Plan to receive wholesale cartons or shipments at your own business address or nominated business warehouse.
02 · STOCK AVAILABILITY
Check inventory by SKU. Confirm before payment.
The online catalog describes the product range; it is not a live stock counter. Availability can change by model. Ask for a current stock confirmation with your SKU list and required quantity before placing or paying for an order.
- Record product model numbers and quantities for every item on your list.
- Ask whether the quoted quantity is available now or depends on replenishment.
- Confirm how long the stock quote remains valid and what happens if availability changes.
03 · MOQ & WHOLESALE PRICING
Request a sample or place a bulk order.
In-stock wholesale starts at 50 units per model. Samples are available from 1 unit per model. Confirm current stock, unit price, packaging, and any quantity breaks in the quote.
- Request one sample unit per model to evaluate a product before buying bulk.
- Check the listed bulk MOQ and model details on each product page.
- The minimum applies to each model; ask whether different SKUs can share a shipment.
- Request an itemized quote showing currency, quantity, packing, and quote validity.
See the sample and ordering process →04 · SHIPPING & IMPORTING
Price the route to your country. Agree on delivery terms.
International freight, customs responsibilities, import duties, and transit times depend on the destination and order. Before paying, confirm the shipping method, named destination, applicable trade terms, export documents, insurance, and who handles local import clearance.
- Provide your destination country, postal code, and preferred port or receiving address.
- Ask for the shipping method, freight estimate, and realistic dispatch and transit timing.
- Confirm which export and product documents can be supplied for your order.
Use the shipping and document checklist →05 · MARKET COMPLIANCE
Verify documents for the model and market you will sell in.
Requirements vary by country, product category, and features such as wireless connectivity. Do not assume one certificate covers every model or market. Ask for documents tied to the exact SKU and have your importer or local compliance advisor verify they meet your market rules.
- Name every country where the products will be offered for sale.
- Confirm that reports and certificates match the exact model and version.
- Check labeling, language, plug, battery, and packaging rules before shipment.
Use the shipping and document checklist →06 · PRODUCT & ORDER CHECKS
Align on the goods before building your retail assortment.
For a first wholesale order, confirm the exact product configuration, retail packaging, carton quantities, included accessories, inspection approach, and process for handling shortages or damage. Get material terms in writing before funds are sent.
- Request current product photos, specifications, packaging details, and sample availability.
- Check included parts, labeling, manuals, and power requirements for your customers.
- Agree how visible transit damage, shortages, or quality issues should be reported and resolved.
