Can I order only one unit?
Retail businesses can request a sample from 1 unit per model. We confirm sample availability, price, and shipping to your destination before you pay.
Does the wholesale minimum apply to the whole order?
No. The Petodm ready-stock minimum starts at 50 units per model. Send each model number and its quantity so the team can check stock and quote every line.
Is the ready-stock minimum also the OEM or private-label minimum?
No. The 50-unit threshold applies to the Petodm ready-stock program. OEM, ODM, or private-label requests are quoted separately for the exact model and requested changes; confirm feasibility, MOQ, and lead time in writing.
Can several models ship together?
Include every model in one enquiry. We will confirm whether the available items can ship together, plus the packing and freight terms for your destination.
Is the catalog a live stock list?
No. Catalog models describe the range. Ask for a current stock confirmation for the exact SKUs and quantities before paying.
